Designity is seeking an AI-Enabled Creative Director to lead and inspire multidisciplinary teams, delivering high-quality work while integrating AI into workflows. The role emphasizes client leadership, strategic thinking, and hands-on AI integration to elevate creative output in a fully remote setting.

The ideal candidate brings extensive creative leadership experience, a strong portfolio with AI-enabled samples, and a track record of building scalable AI-powered processes to improve efficiency

Qualifications

• Around 8 years of relevant creative experience, including leadership.
• 2 years in creative leadership and hands-on AI in workflows.
• Outstanding portfolio with AI-enabled samples.
• Proven experience developing and implementing AI-powered workflows.
• Autonomous, proactive problem solving.
• Exceptional organization and attention to detail.
• Assertive, persuasive communication skills.
• Experience mentoring multidisciplinary creatives.
• Strong creative and strategic judgment with branding.
• Experience managing high volume, fast-paced deliverables.
• Strong written and verbal English, remote-ready.

Responsibilities

• Set the creative vision across multiple clients and disciplines.
• Sell and champion creative ideas to clients and teams.
• Build and implement AI-enabled workflows to streamline asset production.
• Expand creative possibilities through AI.
• Lead and mentor multidisciplinary creatives.
• Own the creative lifecycle from brief to final delivery.
• Collaborate with CPMs to align priorities and outcomes.
• Anticipate and resolve challenges independently.
