Hushh is seeking a Chief Investment Officer (CIO) to lead and execute our AI-driven investment strategy across a diversified fund. You will manage the portfolio, supervise the investment team, and ensure strong risk controls while engaging with institutional and high-net-worth investors.

The role requires a seasoned leader with a track record of delivering returns across market cycles, deep market knowledge, and exceptional communication.

Qualifications

• CFA designation preferred.
• Series 7 and Series 65/66 licenses.
• 10+ years in investment management, hedge funds/PE/VC preferred.
• Proven track record of managing portfolios across multiple market cycles.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong leadership and team-building capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the fund’s investment strategy in line with goals.
• Oversee the portfolio including equities and options strategies.
• Maintain robust risk management and regulatory compliance.
• Lead investor relations and capital raising efforts.
• Recruit and manage a high-performing investment team.
• Conduct market research and stay ahead of industry trends.
