Project Talent Partners seeks a transformative Chief Investment Officer to architect the platform's balance sheet and investment strategy. Reporting to the CEO and Board, the CIO will lead capital formation, deal origination, and complex asset underwriting across North America.

The role requires 15+ years in real asset private equity with 5+ years in digital infrastructure, plus a track record of multi-billion-dollar transactions and institutional fundraising.

Qualifikationen

• 15+ years of real estate private equity and real asset investment experience.
• At least 5+ years dedicated strictly to digital infrastructure and data centers.
• Proven history of originating, underwriting, and closing $3B+ to $5B+ in aggregate digital infrastructure transactions, with $1.5B+ to $2.5B+ deployed equity.
• Verifiable underwriting alpha across completed fund cycles.
• Senior-level investment experience (MD/Partner/senior Principal) at premier sponsors, top-tier managers, or SWFs.
• Direct experience structuring institutional co-investment vehicles and multi-billion-dollar fund raises.
• Entrepreneurial appetite to build an agile platform with equity upside.

Aufgaben

• Establish and execute macro investment strategy and capital allocation.
• Lead deal origination, underwriting, and structuring of complex asset acquisitions and joint ventures.
• Structure co-investment vehicles and raise equity with institutional LPs and sovereign wealth funds.
• Oversee capital structure, debt facilities, and equity to optimize risk-adjusted returns.
• Direct underwriting for hyperscale leases, PPAs, and long-term capacity reservations.
• Chair the Investment Committee and Valuation Committee and scale the acquisitions team.
