Hushh is seeking a Chief Investment Officer (CIO) to lead and execute our AI-driven investment strategy across a diversified fund. You will manage the portfolio, supervise the investment team, and ensure strong risk controls while engaging with institutional and high-net-worth investors.

The role requires a seasoned leader with a track record of delivering returns across market cycles, deep market knowledge, and exceptional communication.

Qualifications

• CFA designation preferred.
• Series 7 and Series 65/66 licenses.
• 10+ years in investment management, hedge funds/PE/VC preferred.
• Proven track record of managing portfolios across multiple market cycles.

Job Description:

As our Chief Investment Officer (CIO), you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our investment strategy. You will lead our investment team, manage the fund’s portfolio, and ensure robust risk management practices. Key Responsibilities:

Develop and Execute Investment Strategy:

• Lead the formulation and execution of the fund’s investment strategy in alignment with Hushh Technologies’ goals.
• Identify and evaluate investment opportunities that align with the fund’s thesis and risk profile.
• Utilize AI and advanced analytics to inform investment decisions and strategies.

Portfolio Management:

• Oversee the management of the fund’s portfolio, ensuring optimal allocation and performance.
• Implement and monitor investment positions, including equity holdings and options strategies.
• Leverage market research and analysis to inform portfolio adjustments.

Risk Management:

• Develop and maintain robust risk management frameworks and practices.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Balance risk and reward to maximize returns while safeguarding investor capital.

Investor Relations:

• Lead efforts to raise capital from institutional and high-net-worth investors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective investors.
• Provide regular updates and reports to investors on fund performance and strategy.

Team Leadership:

• Recruit, develop, and manage a high-performing investment team.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative culture within the team.
• Encourage continuous learning and professional development.

Market Research and Analysis:

• Conduct thorough market research and analysis to inform investment decisions.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, economic developments, and regulatory changes.

Qualifications:

• Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation preferred.
• Series 7 and Series 65/66 licenses.
• 10+ years of experience in investment management, preferably in hedge funds, private equity, or venture capital.
• Proven track record of managing successful investment portfolios and delivering strong returns through at least four market cycles.
• Deep understanding of financial markets, investment strategies, and risk management.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong leadership and team-building capabilities.

Compensation and Benefits:

Annual Base Salary: Competitive (experience in Applied Finance / Investment AI is an added plus)

Performance Bonus: Up to 100% of base salary, based on achieving specific performance metrics.

Equity Stake: 2% – 5% of the company, vesting over 4 years.

Carried Interest: 5% – 10% of fund profits, subject to an 8% hurdle rate.

Long-Term Incentives: Stock options, vesting over 4 years.
