Brother Rice High School in Bloomfield Hills, MI is seeking a senior advancement leader to guide a comprehensive fundraising program and advance the school's mission. The Chief Advancement Officer will oversee a team of six professionals and work with the President, Board, and leadership to secure support for tuition assistance, endowment, capital projects, and other priorities.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or CFRE preferred.
• Demonstrated success in advancement, fundraising, sales, or related field with ability to lead teams and build relationships.
• Experience securing major gifts and leading fundraising campaigns (annual, capital, endowment).
• Ability to lead staff, engage volunteers, and collaborate with senior leaders and board.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with fundraising databases and technology.
• Availability for occasional evenings/weekends and travel.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute a comprehensive advancement plan aligned with the school’s mission and goals.
• Partner with the President to set fundraising priorities and cultivate a culture of philanthropy.
• Lead advancement team and oversee donor stewardship, events, and communications.
• Manage budget and provide regular fundraising performance reports.
• Oversee alumni and donor engagement strategies and campaigns.
