St. John's Jesuit High School & Academy in Toledo, Ohio seeks a Vice President of Advancement to lead the engagement strategy and drive major gifts, annual giving, planned giving, and endowment growth in support of the school's operating fund, capital projects and scholarships.

The VP will report to the President and guide a four-full-time and two-part-time advancement team while upholding the school’s mission and values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 5-10 years experience in development including annual gifts, planned giving, alumni relations, and major donor relations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute engagement strategy to advance mission.
• Provide strategic leadership to advancement team of four full-time and two part-time employees.
• Identify, cultivate and secure major gifts and grow the endowment.
• Oversee donor cultivation, solicitation and ongoing relationship building.
