Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 7 years senior development and advancement leadership experience, ideally within an independent school or Jewish communal setting.
• Significant experience in capital campaigns, major gift programs, and direct solicitations from high-net-worth individuals and foundations.

Responsabilités

• Architect the Advancement Engine by integrating marketing, development, and recruitment into a multi-year strategy.
• Manage and mentor three department Directors (Admissions/Recruitment, Development, MarComm).
• Lead capital campaigns, endowment and planned giving initiatives, and donor stewardship programs.
• Oversee communications and branding to advance the school's reputation and community impact.
• Guide Admissions partnerships and regional outreach to strengthen enrollment pipelines.
