Pasadena Christian School in Pasadena, CA seeks an Advancement Manager to elevate fundraising, donor engagement, and community partnerships. You will work with the Head of School and Board to craft a comprehensive strategy that advances PCS's mission and fuels growth.

This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional storytelling and relationship-building skills, experienced in major gifts, annual giving, alumni engagement, and partnerships to support a Christ-centered education.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred and 10+ years in advancement or fundraising leadership.
• Experience developing and implementing major gifts, annual giving, alumni engagement, and partnerships.
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder-management abilities.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills to translate priorities into donor opportunities.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute a comprehensive advancement strategy aligned with PCS’s mission.
• Collaborate with Head of School and Board to advance fundraising priorities.
• Lead Annual Giving and Alumni/Community engagement programs.
• Cultivate relationships with major donors and philanthropic partners.
• Oversee data, systems, and reporting to optimize fundraising performance.
• Track donor engagement metrics and pipeline growth to guide decisions.
