Responsibilities

• Lead the Institute’s Office of Institutional Advancement (OIA) and manage fundraising programs including principal and major gifts, corporate and foundation relations, annual giving, and membership programming.
• Support campaign strategy, donor stewardship, and advancement communications in collaboration with program teams.
• Supervise staff (about 20 professionals) and manage a multi-million dollar budget, ensuring alignment with DEI and anti-racism commitments.
• Coordinate with the Board and senior leadership to drive program-led fundraising and strategic partnerships across the Institute.
