Classical School of Wichita is seeking a mature Christian leader to serve as Chief Advancement Officer, joining the executive team to guide fundraising, admissions, communications, and major events. The CAO will oversee the Directors of Admissions and Communications, and drive strategies for donor engagement, financial sustainability, and mission-driven growth.

Qualifications

• Mature Christian faith aligned with school’s faith statement.
• Commitment to mission and vision of Classical School of Wichita.
• Experience in relational fundraising, donor development, admissions, marketing, communication platforms, and event management.

Responsabilités

• Lead annual fundraising, capital campaigns, and major gift initiatives.
• Oversee admissions strategy and enrollment goals.
• Direct branding, marketing, public relations, and messaging for the school.
• Provide strategic oversight for major schoolwide events and donor-facing activities.
• Supervise advancement staff and manage department budgets and resources.
• Contribute to strategic planning and long-term institutional development.
