• 7–10+ years of progressive experience in fundraising, advancement, development, or a related leadership role, preferably within a nonprofit organization.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the presence and credibility to engage donors, corporate partners, community leaders, board members, and other stakeholders.
• Proven success leading and developing teams, setting clear priorities, and creating accountability for results.
• A strategic, business-minded approach and the ability to connect fundraising, marketing, communications, and community engagement to broader organizational goals.

Aufgaben

• Lead a comprehensive advancement strategy encompassing major gifts, planned giving, grants, annual giving, and capital campaigns.
• Cultivate strong relationships with donors, corporate partners, community leaders, and other key stakeholders.
• Manage and develop the Development, Community Events, Public Relations, Marketing, and administrative support teams.
• Oversee community engagement initiatives, including corporate partnerships, festivals, humane education, and special events.
• Guide marketing, communications, and public relations efforts to strengthen MCSPCA’s visibility and community presence.
