Qualifications

• Proven success leading multi-channel fundraising programs.
• Experience developing data-informed multi-year fundraising strategies.
• Ability to cultivate high-capacity donors and manage donor relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead development activities across individual and major giving, annual giving, planned giving, endowment, institutional giving and grants.
• Oversee the full spectrum of development and donor stewardship.
• Cultivate high-value donor portfolios and build community partnerships to advance animal welfare goals.
