Job summary

For Pete’s Sake Cancer Respite Foundation is seeking a Chief Advancement Officer to lead its fundraising efforts. The CAO will guide the organization through an ambitious growth phase, focusing on major gifts and strategic partnerships.

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Plymouth Meeting, Pennsylvania, with a competitive salary range of $155,000 to $175,000. Benefits include comprehensive health coverage and generous PTO.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of progressive advancement experience with success in campaign fundraising.
• Ability to build authentic relationships with various stakeholders.
• Experience in recruiting and developing staff while fostering collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead the fundraising strategy and execution for FPS.
• Engage donors and stakeholders to broaden the organization’s network.
• Mentor and manage the advancement team.
