Job summary

The Autism Treatment Center (ATC) seeks a visionary Chief Advancement Officer to lead its comprehensive fundraising and donor relations strategy. You will partner with the President & CEO and Board to advance major gifts, annual giving, and institutional partnerships, driving sustainable growth for ATC's mission.

As a senior leadership member, you will build a high-performing advancement team, ensure ethical fundraising practices, and craft compelling cases for support that expand ATC’s impact

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or credentials preferred.
  • At least 10 years of fundraising and development experience, including major gifts and institutional philanthropy.
  • Proven success securing significant philanthropic commitments.
  • Experience leading and developing high-performing advancement teams.
  • Experience collaborating with CEOs, boards, volunteers, and other senior stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of fundraising principles, donor cultivation, moves management, and stewardship.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive, multi-year advancement strategy aligned with organizational priorities.
  • Lead major gifts, institutional giving, corporate and foundation relations, and donor stewardship.
  • Expand donor base and community engagement, including campaigns and special initiatives.
  • Partner with the CEO and Board to articulate compelling cases for support and impact.
  • Oversee advancement operations, communications, events, and donor relations.
