Clover Health is seeking a Chief Actuary to lead our enterprise actuarial function and modernize pricing, forecasting, reserving, and analyses with AI. You will drive strategic decisions, governance, and cross-functional collaboration across Finance, Clinical, Growth, and Data Science in a remote-friendly environment.

The role emphasizes AI-enabled workflows, regulatory rigor, and executive advisory responsibility to shape the company’s long-term actuarial and financial strategy.

Qualifications

• FSA and AA membership are required and demonstrate senior actuarial leadership.
• Significant leadership in Medicare Advantage actuarial functions including pricing, forecasting, and bid development.
• Experience deploying AI/workflow automation in actuarial contexts.”

Responsibilities

• Lead Clover's enterprise actuarial function across pricing, forecasting, reserving, medical economics, Part D, Stars analytics, and bid strategy.
• Modernize the function through AI, automation, and scalable analytical infrastructure.
• Build AI-enabled workflows that improve efficiency, insight generation, and governance.
