Clover Health is seeking a Senior Manager, Actuarial AI & Enterprise Performance to lead the MA Plan Command Center and drive analytics, AI-enabled insights, and governance across Finance, Actuarial, Clinical, Revenue, and Operations. Qualifications

• 7–10 years of progressive experience in actuarial, healthcare finance, analytics, or strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead the MA Plan Command Center Operating Model with governance and initiative portfolio management.
• Own enterprise performance monitoring using dashboards, KPIs, and analytics.
• Lead financial integration and AI-enabled analysis for executive decision support.
• Drive cross-functional alignment across Finance, Actuary, Medical Economics, Clinical Operations, Revenue, Pharmacy, Product, and Analytics.
