Job summary

Big Watt Digital, LLC in Seattle, WA seeks a Chief Accounting Officer to define accounting architecture and scale the finance function for public-company readiness. You will lead GAAP policy, control design, and comprehensive audits, partnering with leaders to embed controls across the enterprise.

You will shape industry practice in AI infrastructure accounting, manage external audits, and drive strategic finance initiatives that tie accounting outcomes to project economics.

Qualifications

• CPA license with deep US GAAP knowledge.
• Experience building public-company accounting capabilities and controls.

Responsibilities

• Define accounting architecture across capital projects, leases, revenue, and complex financing.
• Build infrastructure accounting across project lifecycle and consolidation.
• Lead public-company readiness and SEC reporting (10-K/10-Q/MD&A).
• Shape industry practice in AI infrastructure accounting and related standards.
• Operate as a strategic finance leader connecting accounting to project economics.
• Build and mentor a world-class accounting team.
