Central Susquehanna Intermediate Unit (CSIU) seeks a Chief Academic Officer to oversee teaching, leadership and learning across the CSIU, with emphasis on Early Childhood through Grade 12, and alignment with PDE initiatives.

The CAO serves as liaison among member districts, technical schools and colleges to support curriculum, instruction, assessment, leadership development and school improvement through collaborative programs.

Qualificações

• Master's degree in education with at least 10 years of related professional work experience.
• Ph.D. or Ed.D. degree preferred for this leadership role.
• PA Letter of Eligibility (90) as 1150-Superintendent or 1160-IU Executive Director credentialing required; must be obtained within one year.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee Curriculum, Instruction and Assessment Services.
• Lead School-Age Services and Leadership Development initiatives.
• Serve as liaison among member districts, technical schools and colleges and the CSIU to support teaching and learning.
