Job summary

Revelation Pharma is seeking a strategic, senior leader to own and scale its 503B outsourcing facilities network. From site selection and licensure to automation and production ramp, you will drive capital strategy, regulatory readiness, and EBITDA across multiple sites.

You will serve as the executive owner of the network, coordinating Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Engineering, and Commercial to deliver compliant, scalable 503B operations and post-acquisition integrations.

Qualifications

• PharmD, B.Pharm, or engineering degree required; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 10 years leadership in 503B/pharma manufacturing with multi-site accountability.
• Proven track record building/scaling 503B ops across multiple sites.
• Experience overseeing construction and commissioning of USP 797/800 facilities.
• Experience implementing automation in compounding or pharma manufacturing.
• Experience with FDA inspections, cGMP, 21 CFR Parts 210/211.
• Strong capital project management, CapEx oversight, on-time delivery.
• Proven people leader with leadership bench development.
• Experience with M&A in pharma/healthcare services preferred.
• Strong financial acumen; able to own P&L and EBITDA.
• Executive presence to represent 503B to regulators, customers, Board

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new 503B facilities from site selection through licensure and production launch.
• Own the network-level 503B production P&L and EBITDA performance.
• Lead automation strategy for compounding across facilities; drive ROI on equipment.
• Maintain FDA inspection readiness and regulatory compliance across sites.
• Oversee multi-site integration of acquired facilities and post-merger ramp.
• Develop and monitor KPIs: yield, cycle time, throughput, cost-per-unit.
• Lead Lean/CI programs across facilities to sustain operational discipline.
• Collaborate with Commercial to align production with demand.
• Build and mentor a high-performing 503B operations organization.
• Represent 503B operations to regulators, customers, and Board as required.
