Job summary

Revelation Pharma LLC seeks a visionary VP of 503B Services to lead the enterprise 503B outsourcing facility network. You will own the full lifecycle from site identification and real estate evaluation through facility design, construction oversight, automation implementation, and production ramp across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• PharmD or approved pharmacy degree; MBA preferred for leadership
• Minimum 10 years of progressive leadership in 503B/pharmaceutical manufacturing
• Experience building/ scaling 503B outsourcing operations across multiple sites
• Experience with FDA inspections, cGMP and related regulatory requirements

Responsibilities

• Lead site identification and facility development for new 503B facilities
• Develop and own the facility development playbook and governance
• Manage full capital project lifecycle from design to FDA registration
• Navigate licensure requirements (FDA/DEA) for new sites
• Build business cases with ROI, capacity projections, and timelines
• Define network automation strategy across facilities and manage vendor selection
