Responsibilities

• Ensure guests receive polite, friendly service from all chicken kitchen staff.
• Demonstrate superior guest service at all times.
• Achieve sales, shrink and profit goals for the chicken kitchen.
• Maintain inventory and supplies at desired levels.
• Operate department per merchandising and operational standards.
• Ensure product quality meets Lowes Foods standards.
• Maintain sanitation and safety throughout the department.
• Provide training and feedback to staff for satisfactory performance.
• Perform product prep, receiving, ordering, stocking and guest service as needed.
• Maintain department labor budget and scheduling standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
• Make PA announcements.
