Qualifications

• Follow GMPs and all Food Safety procedures.
• Report on time and work required hours, including overtime and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Cut chicken into segments using hand-held tools.
• Pack product into foam trays or bags.
• Label and arrange trays with chicken parts.
• Rotate through production areas during shift.
• Visually inspect and grade chicken parts.
• Work in cold or hot production environments.
• Communicate with supervision and co-workers for task updates.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
