Foster Farms is hiring for a frontline role in Oregon. The position requires handling birds, adhering to BPMH targets, and working night shifts as needed. You will participate in safety meetings and keep equipment clean while supporting the farm crew.

Responsibilities

• Meet with crew lead for BPMH targets and shift requirements.
• Ride with crew to farm for bird pickup.
• Help keep crew vehicle clean inside and out.
• Catch required number of Birds per Man Hour (BPMH).
• Report any unsafe condition or unsafe act.
• Work in a safe manner and attend safety meetings.
• Assist with loading forklifts and other equipment.

Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour

Job Duties:

• Meet with crew lead person for bird per men hour standard for the farm(s) required for the shifts catch.
• Ride with crew to farm for bird pickup.
• Help keep crew vehicle clean inside and out.
• Catch required number of Birds per Man Hour (BPMH).
• Report any unsafe condition or unsafe act.
• Work in a safe manner.
• Help load forklifts and any other equipment needed
• Attend all safety meetings required.
• Attend any crew meetings required.
• Work hours will vary
• Must be able to work at night.
