Job summary

Foster Farms in Fresno, CA is seeking a Chicken Catcher for the Livehaul Cherry facility. This on-site role involves loading chickens safely and efficiently, following equipment and lifting procedures, and supporting the day-to-day operations of the processing line.

The position requires the ability to lift 30 lbs repeatedly, bend, squat and kneel, and to work overtime, weekends, and night shifts when needed. Candidates must pass drug and alcohol screening and adhere to animal welfare policies.

Qualifications

• Must be able to constantly lift 30 lbs for the duration of the work shift.
• Must be able to bend, squat and kneel for duration of the work shift.
• Must be willing to work overtime, weekends, holidays and shifts with variable starting and ending times when needed.
• Must follow the animal welfare policy and safety standards.
• Be able to pass drug and alcohol screening.

Job Description

Pay Rate:$20.50 per hour

(Additional $1.00 per hour for hours worked between 7:00pm and 11:59pm. Additional $2.00per hour forhours worked between 12:00am-4:59am)
