Chick-fil-A is seeking a Team Member to deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. You will greet guests, assist with orders, and maintain clean, welcoming front-of-house areas while upholding Chick-fil-A standards and values.

Responsibilities

• Smile and greet guests to create a welcoming atmosphere.

• Keep front-of-house areas clean, stocked, and orderly at all times.
• Complete opening/closing tasks and participate in in-house training.
• Support team with a positive attitude and adaptability to busy periods.

Front of House Team Member Responsibilities:

• Smile
• Create and Maintain Eye Contact
• Speak Enthusiastically
• Make Emotional Connections with Guests
• Taking orders, explaining, and suggesting menu items, responding to order changes or edits quickly and efficiently
• Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all front‑of‑house stations
• Stock inventory as needed
• Keep the front area neat, clean and orderly at all times
• Keep up‑to‑date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A
• Maintain personal knowledge by completing in‑house training and stay up‑to‑date on any changes
• Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned
• Communicate effectively with guests and Team Members
• Other duties as assigned
