Chick-fil-A Dayton is seeking a high-caliber restaurant manager to lead operations, coach staff and uphold guest experience. You will oversee daily activities, ensure safety, quality and speed of service while maintaining financial controls.

This full-time role requires a college degree or equivalent operations experience, strong leadership, and a commitment to teamwork in a positive, fast-paced environment.

• Successful previous management experience in a restaurant setting.
• Coaching, training, customer service, organization and planning skills.
• College degree or equivalent in operations; 3 years of management experience in restaurants.
• Full time availability.

Qualifications:

• The ideal candidate should have successful previous management experience in a restaurant setting
• Strong skills in the areas of coaching, training, customer service, organization and planning
• The ability to accomplish the sales, profit and labor goals
• College degree or equivalent experience in operations: and 3 years of management operations experience in the restaurant industry; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
