STATSports in Chicago is seeking a versatile Part-Time Operations Assistant to join our US Operations team. The role supports shipping, QA, inventory, and administrative tasks across multiple functions as the US business grows.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in a sports operations environment.
• Strong computer skills including proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
• Exceptional organizational, planning, and time-management capabilities with high attention to detail.
• Collaborative, service-oriented mindset with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently, think creatively, follow processes, and make proactive decisions.
• Strong background in sports organizations and a genuine passion for sport.

Responsibilities

• Shipping & Receiving: manage domestic and international shipments, processing returns, and tracking.
• Equipment Testing & QA: log, test, and refurbish returned gear; assist with recycling or HQ shipments.
• Equipment Management: maintain shipment logs, process client orders, manage event/demo shipments.
• Stock Management: track stock movements, assist with monthly counts, coordinate with HQ and teams on availability and reorders.
• Process Improvement: work with managers to review procedures and implement improvements.
• Administration: support day-to-day office tasks and act as a primary contact for US sales/account teams.
