Job summary

LIFT in Chicago is seeking a Program Coordinator to ensure smooth regional office operations and provide essential support to the program team. You will coach a caseload of members in our direct service program and assist with program and office operations to deliver high‑quality work across departments.

The role requires 2+ years of administrative/operational experience, strong organization, and the ability to manage multiple tasks.

Qualifications

• Has an Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Has 2+ years administrative and/or operations experience; experience with low‑income communities is a plus.
• City of Chicago work experience preferred.
• Proven organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks with interruptions.
• Proficient in MS Office; Canva is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coach members in our direct service program.
• Support general program operations.
• Support general office operations.
• Create welcoming environments for members and families.
• Maintain accurate records and member confidentiality.
• Coordinate recruitment cycles and intakes.
• Attend member events and assist with logistics.
• Track and report in-kind donations.
