Qualifications

• 4–6 years of management-side labor experience.
• Strong legal writing, analytical and communication skills.
• Experience handling grievance arbitrations and NLRB matters.
• Ability to independently manage matters and maintain client relationships.
• Spanish language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent employers in grievance arbitration hearings.
• Handle matters before the NLRB.
• Advise clients on union organizing campaigns and labor relations issues.
• Support and participate in collective bargaining negotiations.
• Counsel employers on NLRA compliance.
• Conduct management training on labor law and workplace relations issues.
