Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots malfunctioning equipment and analyzes problems.
• Servicing and repairing hospital utility and equipment systems.
• Repairs or fabricates equipment as needed.
• Performs preventative maintenance and updates tasks.
• Responds to service requests and documents resolutions.
• Inspects, repairs, and installs components to maintain the hospital utility system.
• Assists with snow and ice removal as required.
• Responds to fire alarms and works with outside contractors.
