Job summary

Surface Experts - Chicago Near North is seeking a Business Development Rep to plan daily routes and call on properties across Chicago’s northern neighborhoods to schedule repairs for our technicians.

No prior sales experience is required; we provide world-class training, a steady flow of quality leads, and a supportive team. This is a full-time role with base compensation plus commission and bonus potential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan daily route across northern Chicago neighborhoods to schedule repairs for our technicians.
• Make on-site visits and calls to generate qualified appointments and log notes in our software.
• Coordinate with the owner and sales team; participate in weekly coaching and performance reviews.
