Lugg is seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to grow the Chicago metro area. You’ll visit stores and facilities, pitch benefits, and become the go-to resource for fast, reliable delivery.

The role emphasizes field outreach, relationship building with business owners, and turning interest into active usage, with mileage reimbursement and inclusion in health benefits after conversion.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in sales, field marketing, or a customer-facing role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-starter with a strong work ethic and results-driven attitude.
• Organized and detail-oriented.
• Spanish fluency is a big plus!

Responsibilities

• Drive local growth by visiting retail stores, apartment complexes, storage facilities, nurseries, and furniture outlets to introduce Lugg.
• Sell with confidence by pitching Lugg’s benefits through in-person presentations and tailored outreach.
• Build relationships with business owners, managers, and staff—becoming their go-to resource for fast, reliable delivery.
• Nurture leads through follow-ups and regular check-ins to convert interest into active usage.
