Job summary

Elsdon Group in Chicago, IL is seeking a Carrier Sales Representative to source and grow relationships with truckload carriers, make high-volume outbound calls (80+ per day), and negotiate freight rates to maximize profitability.

You will match available freight with carrier capacity, monitor shipments, resolve service issues, and help expand our carrier network in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment. Comprehensive benefits and ongoing training are provided.
