Qualifications

• 3+ years in an administrative capacity
• Knowledge of UCC filings
• Must be detail oriented with ability to multi-task and maintain quality

Responsibilities

• Input and review Credit Applications and supporting documents submitted by sales team, approved dealers and brokers
• Analyze applicant credit history and financial statements
• Submit credit recommendations to Credit Manager
• Present credit approvals and declines to sales team and brokers
• Prepare and process contracts, rewrites, refinances and transfer of equities and supporting documents
• Review executed lease and retail documents for completeness and accuracy for funding
• Review and follow-up for credit stipulations to ensure compliance
• Prepare and submit funding documentation
• Ability to work in a high volume fast paced environment
• Ability to calculate retail and lease payments via SuperTrump or T-Value or HP calculator
• Work directly with customers and potential customers using excellent spoken and written English
• General administrative duties such as photocopies, faxing and prepare emails for Sales Representatives
• Has the ability to understand basic grant and loan programs offered by the State
• Interfaces with other departments, and business partners
