Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 2 years of transactional real estate paralegal experience.
• Residential real estate experience considered for transition.
• Corporate law experience preferred but not required.
• Experience reviewing title commitments, surveys, and due diligence materials.
• Strong understanding of commercial real estate transactions and closing procedures.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple files and deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and document management systems.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.

Aufgaben

• Manage commercial real estate files from contract through closing.
• Order and coordinate title commitments, surveys, and related due diligence materials.
• Review title commitments, exceptions, and supporting documents; assist with title clearance.
• Draft closing documents, transaction correspondence, closing statements, and closing checklists.
• Assist with commercial purchase and sale transactions.
• Coordinate due diligence review and document collection.
• Review surveys and identify potential title or survey-related issues.
• Coordinate closings with clients, lenders, title companies, opposing counsel, and other parties.
• Assist with contract, lease, and amendment drafting and review.
• Maintain organized transaction files and track critical deadlines.
• Support attorneys with related corporate matters as needed.
