Job summary

Chico’s FAS, Inc. Hilton Head area store is seeking a Sales Associate who supports Management in promoting a customer- and product-focused sales culture, where our values and guiding principles drive store operations and a great customer experience.

You will help meet sales goals, maintain visual standards, assist with replenishment, and build lasting client relationships through clienteling and wardrobing, while accommodating a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Retail or sales experience preferred
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Able to learn or adapt to technology provided by the company
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Able to communicate with customers, Associates, and Management
• Regular attendance is essential to this position. Ability to work a flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays is required

Responsibilities

• Meet sales goals by using sales techniques and product knowledge.
• Maintain pricing and visual standards; uphold merchandising.
• Assist with replenishment and store set maintenance.
• Provide a fast, friendly register experience and process payments accurately.
