Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Retail or sales experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Able to learn or adapt to technology provided by the company.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to communicate with customers, Associates, and Management.
• Regular attendance is essential; flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Meet company sales goals by using sales techniques and communicating product knowledge to customers.
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions; maintain pricing and visual standards.
• Maintain standards in merchandise handling, presentation, loss prevention, and other duties.
• Participate in visual directives including monthly store sets and zone maintenance.
• Model and promote MAPS personal service and offer an omni-channel experience.
• Ensure prompt resolution of customer concerns.
• Ensure fast and efficient register experience and knowledge of payments, coupons, returns, and security policies.
• Sign up clients for the rewards program; build client following via clienteling and wardrobing.
• Know current product fit and style offerings in store and online; maintain client communications.
• Support replenishment activities and locate fulfillment; assist with window changes, signage, and cleanliness.
• Promote inclusive, collaborative problem solving and seek growth opportunities.
• Other duties as assigned; may vary by brand.
