Stand Out Home Care is seeking Certified Home Health Aides (CHHAs) to deliver compassionate, in-home care in New Jersey. You will assist with daily living activities, provide companionship, and follow individualized care plans.

Responsibilities

• Follow care plans set by the nurse and report changes.
• Maintain accurate documentation.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with daily living activities: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
