Stand Out Home Care is a Hamilton, NJ-based home care agency hiring Certified Home Health Aides (CHHAs) who are passionate about delivering high‑quality care and making a real difference in people’s lives. We offer flexible scheduling and competitive pay to support caregivers as we grow.

You will assist clients with daily living activities, provide companionship, and help with light housekeeping, meals, and medication reminders while following each nurse’s plan.

Qualifications

• CHHA license (New Jersey) is required

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Perform light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
• Follow the individualized care plan provided by the nurse
• Report changes in the client’s condition to the agency
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
