Stand Out Home Care in Hamilton, NJ is hiring Certified Home Health Aides (CHHAs) who are passionate about providing high-quality care and making a real difference in people’s lives. You will assist clients with daily living activities, provide companionship, and follow care plans.

Requirements include a valid NJ CHHA license and a high school diploma. Excellent communication, reliability, and the ability to work independently are essential.

Responsabilités

• Assist clients with daily living activities: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Perform light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
• Follow the individualized care plan provided by the nurse.
• Report any changes in the client’s condition to the agency.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
