Job summary

Stand Out Home Care is seeking Certified Home Health Aides (CHHAs) in Hamilton, NJ to provide high-quality, compassionate care in clients' homes. Join a growing agency that values caregivers and offers flexible scheduling, ongoing training, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualified CHHAs will have a valid New Jersey CHHA license, a high school diploma or equivalent, and strong communication and independence.

Qualifications

• Valid New Jersey CHHA license (required).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Compassionate, reliable, and professional.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.
• Must pass background check and health screening.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Perform light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
• Follow the individualized care plan provided by the nurse.
• Report changes in client’s condition to the agency.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
