Stand Out Home Care in Hamilton, NJ is hiring Certified Home Health Aides (CHHAs) who are passionate about delivering high-quality care and making a real difference.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.

• Perform light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
• Follow the individualized care plan provided by the nurse.
• Report any changes in the client’s condition to the agency.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
