Job summary

Distinctive Living in Manalapan, NJ is seeking a CHHA/CNA (Full/Part Time & Per Diem) to provide direct resident care and promote the highest level of functioning per the care plan.

You will document care activities, assist with daily living, meals, mobility, and safety, and maintain a clean, caring environment in alignment with regulatory standards and facility policies. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, paid time off, and a team support program.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months of caregiving experience preferred.
• CNA or HHA required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct care to residents per individualized plan of care.
• Documents all pertinent care information.
• Assists with meals and dining, transfers, and personal care.
• Maintains residents' environment in a neat and clean state.
• Maintains confidentiality and adheres to HIPAA policies.
• Participates in care plan meetings and communicates with health care team.
