Assisting Hands of Burlington is seeking compassionate Certified Home Health Aides (CHHA) to join our Mount Laurel team. We offer flexible schedules including weekdays and weekends to fit your availability, with opportunities across shifts.

Competenze

• Active New Jersey CHHA license required.
• Prior experience in home care, assisted living, or clinical setting preferred.
• Reliable transportation and ability to commute to Mount Laurel, NJ area.
• Strong communication skills and compassionate, patient demeanor.
• Ability to work independently and follow detailed care plans.

Mansioni

• Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support
• Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation as needed
• Monitor and document client health status and report changes to supervisory staff
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding in accordance with dietary needs and care plans
• Perform light housekeeping duties including laundry, tidying, and errands
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families
• Adhere to individualized care plans and maintain accurate client records

Requirements:

• Active New Jersey CHHA (Certified Home Health Aide) License required

• Must pass background check and meet all state compliance requirements

Additional Requirements:

• Driver's License, State ID or Passport.
• Recent physical examination within the past 12 months
• TB immunization (PPD or QuantiFERON).
• Proof of MMR (Measles, Mumps, and Rubella) vaccination.
• Valid Social Security Number (SSN).
