Assisting Hands of Burlington is seeking compassionate Certified Home Health Aides to join our Mount Laurel, NJ team. Provide essential in-home care, personal grooming, and mobility support to clients in their own homes.

Flexible scheduling across all shifts including weekends, with part-time or full-time options. Training and development available to advance your caregiving skills.

Qualifications

• Active NJ CHHA license required.
• Prior experience in home health or personal care preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient, empathetic demeanor.
• Reliable transportation to travel to Mount Laurel, NJ area.
• CPR/First Aid certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support.
• Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation to ensure safety and comfort.
• Monitor and document client health status and report changes to supervising staff.
• Assist with meal preparation, feeding, and ensuring proper nutrition.
• Perform light housekeeping duties and maintain a clean, safe home environment.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families.
• Assist with medication reminders and follow individualized care plans.

Responsibilities:

Requirements:

Additional Requirements:

• Driver's License, State ID or Passport.
• Recent physical examination within the past 12 months
• TB immunization (PPD or QuantiFERON).
• Proof of MMR (Measles, Mumps, and Rubella) vaccination.
• Valid Social Security Number (SSN).
