Complete Care is hiring a Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) in New Jersey to support residents with daily living activities and compassionate care. Per diem opportunities, a 3p-11p shift, and every other weekend work are offered, with full-time benefits for eligible employees.

Growth within the Complete Care network and a supportive team environment are emphasized. Ideal candidates hold a NJ CHHA certification and have strong independence and teamwork abilities.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Active New Jersey Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) certification required
• Long-term care experience preferred, but not required
• Work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative care team

Responsabilidades

• Provide compassionate assistance with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, ambulation, repositioning, and transfers
• Maintain clean, safe, and comfortable resident living areas
• Observe residents and promptly report changes in condition to the nursing team
• Follow all local, state, and federal healthcare regulations and facility policies
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Unit Manager, Director of Nursing, or Administrator
