Job summary

Complete Care is hiring a Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) in New Jersey. As a CHHA, you will assist residents with daily living activities while maintaining comfort, dignity, and independence within a supportive team.

We welcome experienced CHHAs or those new to the field. Per diem opportunities exist with a 3p-11p shift and every other weekend requirement, plus a benefits package and career growth across the Complete Care network.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Active New Jersey CHHA certification is required.
• Long-term care experience is preferred, but not required.
• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative care team.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate assistance with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, ambulation, repositioning, and transfers
• Maintain clean, safe, and comfortable resident living areas
• Observe residents and promptly report changes in condition to the nursing team
• Follow all local, state, and federal healthcare regulations and facility policies
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Unit Manager, Director of Nursing, or Administrator

Education
