Job summary

Complete Care is hiring a Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) in New Jersey. Per diem opportunities with a 3p-11p shift and every other weekend are available; you’ll provide compassionate assistance with daily living activities and support resident comfort, dignity, and independence.

We value teamwork and professional growth; active CHHA certification is required, HS diploma, and long-term care experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Active New Jersey CHHA certification required.
• Long-term care experience preferred, but not required.
• Work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative care team.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate assistance with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, ambulation, repositioning, and transfers.
• Maintain clean, safe, and comfortable resident living areas.
• Observe residents and promptly report changes in condition to the nursing team.
• Follow all local, state, and federal healthcare regulations and facility policies.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Unit Manager, Director of Nursing, or Administrator.
