Job summary

Complete Care is hiring a Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) in New Jersey. Per diem opportunities are available, with a 3p-11p shift and every other weekend required. The role supports residents to maintain dignity and independence in a team-friendly environment.

Required is an active NJ CHHA certification and a High School Diploma or equivalent. Long-term care experience is preferred but not required; you will work independently and within a collaborative care team to provide compassionate,

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Active New Jersey CHHA certification is required.
• Long-term care experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative care team.

Responsibilities

• Provide ADL assistance including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, ambulation, repositioning, and transfers.
• Maintain clean, safe, and comfortable resident living areas.
• Observe residents and promptly report changes in condition to the nursing team.
• Follow all local, state, and federal healthcare regulations and facility policies.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Unit Manager, Director of Nursing, or Administrator.
