Job summary

Stand Out Home Care is seeking Certified Home Health Aides (CHHAs) in New Jersey to deliver compassionate, client-centered in-home care. The role includes assisting with daily living activities, companionship, light housekeeping, and medication reminders as part of a personalized care plan created with nursing staff.

You will report changes to the agency and maintain proper documentation. The position emphasizes reliability, excellent communication, and independent work in a home-care setting,

Qualifications

• Valid New Jersey CHHA license (Required)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Compassionate, reliable, and professional
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently
• Driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
• Must pass background check and health screening

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Perform light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
• Follow the individualized care plan provided by the nurse
• Report any changes in the client’s condition to the agency
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
